With Beth stating she'd get back with me and not even doing so shows, they really do not care. So take that into consideration when booking. Due to the lack of simple communication skills, and spending an extensive amount of money (i book for 5-7 days every reservation), Im not sure if i want to continue.

I talked to Beth, the floor manager, which has not contacted me back about this issue. However, i was still held accountable which i understand to an extent due to the safety of my baby. Well, I booked my reservation before they even made this new policy, so my reservation said nothing about this new vaccination. They stated t hat they sent an email and put it on their social media. Not only was this inconvenient, but the negligence of miscommunication caused me to miss my flight (took me an hour to get my dog vaccinated), which trickled into delaying an event i had planned months ahead of time. The day I come to check in my dog they told me I needed a vaccination in order to board my pet. Nothing was communicated to me about a new policy about a vaccination. Poor communication!! I made a reservation a month ago and called two days prior to my reservation.
